Important Booking Information - please read all of this page first
Please fill out the form carefully. After completing the whole form and submitting it online you will receive an email confirming that your form has been received. Shortly after that you will receive an invoice email which will outline how you can pay by bank transfer or credit card/paypal. Your booking is confirmed upon payment in full.
Day/evening tickets - please specify your accommodation as 'none-offsite' and then specify which days/evenings/ages you want to book.
Accommodation
It is important to specify your accommodation options in the comment box provided.
For camping please specify Large tent, small tent, caravan, etc. AND any group you may want to camp with.
For bunk bedrooms please read the bunk room information here. For 'bunk' and 'bunk with ensuite' options you may choose to be in an all female room, an all male room or a family room. There are 4 bunk rooms (shared facilities) with 6 beds, and 4 with 5 beds still available. There are 10 6 bed bunk rooms with ensuite facilities. If you want to share a bedroom with particular people please specify this.
You are invited to spend extra days at the conference site (Infomation here). You will also need to book any extra days you require. Please also consider applying for a team. If you do please note the number of extra days accommodation you will need to book from the team information here.
If you have any skills such as fluency in another language or first aid qualifications which we might be able to draw on, if needed, please fill these in too.
